Refund policy
Returns
All sales are final. If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so within 14 days of when your order was received for store credit. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
Exchanges
All of our items are made to order, which means we do not keep an inventory. Because of this, we cannot offer an outright exchange. Though you may return your item for store credit to get a different product. To do so, send us an email at hello@informativewear.com and send your item to: 11025 Westlake Dr, Charlotte, NC 28273, United States.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when you placed the order. After this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order, but we will try our best to make amendments.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@informativewear.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
